Phoenix - West Coast IPA

Phoenix - West Coast IPA
Brewed byPhoenix (Heywood, Greater Manchester)
ABV4.6 %
Tasting notesGolden with fruit/hop taste and good bitterness throughout

Mrs Otto says Yes, I think you've got my drift by now, Im a bit of a hop head, but I dont intend to make any apologies for recommending yet another excellent Indian Pale Ale. Not the strongest IPA, but very drinkable, hops dominate, surprise, surprise. Lemon and lime fruits dominate the nose and bitter on the palette but with a touch of yeast and malts in the finish.
Master tasting notes and other info
Brewed in the style of a traditional IPA, this robust, golden ale has a full hop aroma, powerful and full-bodied palate and plenty of hop flavour in the long, lingering finish. Hops used: Cascade, Mount Hood

If you like this beer, why not try these other similar beers as well. Remember though that beer has taste, so while they are similar beers they will all taste different. Some you will like, others you may not. Ask for a taste first if you aren't sure.

Mrs Otto says A cheeky little number, smooth on the palette, a little deceitful on the hop front, with that fruity, bitterness exploding on your taste buds in an excellent finish.
